What makes a successful Assistant Manager?

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Travel Consultant with a proven sales record.
• Problem-solving leader with the ability and experience to coach, develop and motivate a team to maximise job satisfaction and performance.
• Customer-focused approach to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Enthusiastic and positive team player committed to contributing to the growth of the business and colleagues.
• Exceptional product knowledge in travel & tourism.
