A recruiting company in Oxford seeks a temporary administrator for 1-2 months. Responsibilities include supporting all administrative duties, requiring shipping experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must have at least 2 years in an office role and be available for an immediate start. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills. The pay is between £13 to £16 per hour depending on experience.

Conhecimentos
My client based in Oxford are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator on a full-time basis to join the team for 1 – 2 months and support with all administration duties.
- Must have shipping experience
- Office based role
- Must be available for an immediate start
- Hours 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
- £13-16 per hour depending on experience
- 2 years experience in an office management or administration role
- Would require own transport due to location
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, managers, and personnel from various departments within the organization.
- Moderate level of proficiency with personal computers.
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
- Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
