The Opportunity:

Having quickly grown to be the UK’s no. 1 care marketplace and operating software, Lottie is looking to hire an ambitious and hands-on Finance Manager. You will report directly to Lottie’s Finance Director- and will be given high autonomy to lead a best-in-class monthly close and reporting process, through solid controls and efficient processes.

What does this role involve?

  • Financial Operations & Reporting: Drive monthly close processes and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness as we scale
  • Process Excellence & Controls: Proactively identifying problems and opportunities to standardise and improve processes, embedding a culture of controls within the team.
  • Compliance: Lead statutory year-end accounts preparations and regulatory filings.
  • Payroll & Expense Management: Oversee payroll operations and employee expense management, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
  • Strategic Finance Support: Playing a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning process, including adhoc projects to support business decisions.

We think you’ll be a great fit if you…

  • Are qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
  • Have proven experience in a similar role, applying accounting standards in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Are a self-starter and proactive in getting things done with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Value autonomy, with the ability to drive impactful improvements.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills, even when under pressure.

  2. First round interview led by Hiring Manager.
  3. Technical assessment interview with Hiring Manager and one member of Lottie’s Senior Management Team.
  4. Final interview with Will Donnelly (Lottie’s Co-Founder & CEO).
