Job summary

A UK defence and security firm is seeking a Business and Transformation Manager to lead transformation activities, enhance operational efficiency, and drive collaboration. This role involves identifying new initiatives, managing change, and working with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong influencing skills and a qualification equivalent to Chartered Membership of a professional body. Qualifications

  • Qualifications equivalent to Chartered Membership of a professional body or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Experience in Programme Management would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • An understanding of Facilities Management would be ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead existing and the identification and introduction of new initiatives.
  • Develop and lead the change, communication, and engagement approach.
  • Management of internal and external stakeholder relationships.
