Job summary
A well-known consumer brand offers a Part-Time Tax Advisor position in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for preparing UK and Irish tax computations and reports, working closely with a team. This role is suitable for a Tax Accountant with experience in UK corporate tax, requiring two days in the office each week. The flexibility to work part-time (4 days a week) is available.
Qualifications
- Experience of UK corporate tax, preferably from ATT/CTA route or accounting background.
- Ability to work part-time (4 days a week).
Responsibilities
- Preparation of annual current and deferred tax provisioning for UK financial reporting.
- Prepare cross border transactions direct tax compliance reports.
- Keep the team updated on legislative changes impacting business.
Skills
An established tax team has an opportunity for a Part-Time Tax Advisor to join an established tax team of a well-known consumer brand. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will work as a team and have responsibility for the preparation of UK and Irish tax computations.
- Preparation of annual current and deferred tax provisioning and supporting disclosures required for UK and group financial reporting
- Prepare cross border transactions direct tax compliance reports relating to the UK Group
- Keep the team abreast of any legislative changes and the impact on business
This would suit a Tax Accountant who wants to work part-time (4 days a week). You will have experience of UK corporate tax either coming from ATT/CTA route or from an accounting background. The role requires 2 days in the office.
