A leading global bank is seeking a Talent Business Partner based in Birmingham. This role involves activating talent strategies to meet business needs, managing the talent acquisition process, and developing succession plans for critical roles. The position requires strong stakeholder management, data literacy, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. This hybrid role will require 3 days in the office and values open and inclusive perspectives in the workplace.

- Proven ability to activate talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition processes and best practices.
- Experience in implementing workforce fulfilment strategies.
Responsabilités
- Lead and activate comprehensive talent strategy aligned with business.
- Manage hiring demand plans and operationalize talent acquisition model.
- Develop succession plans for critical roles and build diverse talent pipelines.
