A leading food manufacturer based in the United Kingdom seeks an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive support across various HR functions. The role involves administrative tasks, data collection and analysis, and coordination of employee rewards and benefits. Candidates should have prior HR experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. A competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 is offered, alongside benefits such as generous leave and employee support initiatives. Remote working options are available.

Any UK Location / Hybrid or Remote Working. May be required to travel to any of our manufacturing sites as part of the role.
Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 08:30 – 16:00

To provide comprehensive administrative, analytical and advisory support across the HR function, ensuring effective delivery of the employee lifecycle, HR projects, data reporting, compliance activities, and general HR support.
To support the Reward & Benefits team with ongoing coordination and administration benefits for all colleagues.
