My client is a family-run business based in Oxford, seeking to recruit a Commercial Gas Engineer. Duties will also include plumbing works when required.

The main scope of work involves high-end domestic projects and student accommodation in Oxford and surrounding areas. Occasionally, there may be projects in nearby counties.

1. Have a flexible approach
2. Experience with both commercial and domestic gas systems is compulsory
3. Servicing and fault finding of boilers and appliances
4. Commissioning of systems
5. Heating works in new and existing properties, domestic and commercial
6. Carrying out new installations
7. Hot and cold water services, heating, and gas installation work
8. Maintenance of various systems
9. Provide first-class service and customer experience
10. Work to deadlines
11. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
12. Manage and run projects

1. Driving License
2. CCN1 - Core domestic national gas safety
3. CEN1 - Domestic central heating boilers
4. COCN1 - Core commercial national gas safety
5. CODNCO1 - Core domestic to core commercial
6. ICPN1 - First fix pipe installation (< 75mbar)
7. TPCP1A - Test and purge
8. CENWAT - Boilers and water heating appliances
9. CIGA1 - Indirect-fired heating appliances
10. CDGA1 - Direct-fired heating appliances
