About the team
The merchant acquisition and incubation team in TikTok Shop UK's primary objective is to attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.
About the role
The Seller Incentive Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing incentive programs to drive seller performance and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of sales dynamics and motivational techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Incentive Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive incentive programs that align with business goals and drive seller performance, including segmentation, lifecycle management, A/B testing, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with overall sales strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, product development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for incentive initiatives. Communicate program details and updates at all levels.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for incentive programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI. Track and report on expenditures and financial performance.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into program designs.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on program performance, build dashboards, and maintain detailed documentation of all incentive programs and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in user growth, gamification, or related products in e-commerce.
- Strong data sensitivity, with an interest in activity conversion funnels, user profiling, and segmentation methodologies.
- Strong logical thinking, capable of goal breakdown and priority assessment.
- Independent, result-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to handle stress.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other data analytics tools.
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and explain complex concepts simply.
- Quick learner, proactive, resilient, and able to cope under pressure.
- Strong team player, ownership of individual performance, focused on high standards and results.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
