We are a cross‑functional, collaborative team responsible for designing and evaluating cutting‑edge AI solutions across Corporate, Academic, and Government markets. Our work blends deep market insight, rigorous research methods, and product strategy to ensure our AI products are accurate, effective, and aligned with customers’ needs.
As the AI Market Research Manager, you will lead a portfolio of structured market research studies to evaluate product performance and inform product development. Your expertise in experimental design, cross‑functional leadership, and data analysis will drive product improvements and contribute to the strategic direction of AI offerings. You’ll collaborate with internal experts, ensure compliance with high standards, and translate findings into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Lead market research studies for Corporate, Academic, and Government AI products, defining scope, metrics, and timelines.
Design statistically sound research protocols and sampling plans.
Collaborate with domain experts to ensure accuracy and inter‑rater reliability.
Synthesize study results into clear, actionable recommendations for product improvements.
Manage documentation, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with standards.
Maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and vendor management across concurrent studies.
Facilitate workshops and progress updates with cross‑functional and executive stakeholders.
Support the enhancement of research methods, SOPs, and compliance processes.
Master’s degree or equivalent in market research, statistics, strategy, information science, or related field.
Solid experience in market or product research, preferably in research, scientific, or information products.
Strong understanding of experimental design, sampling methods, and statistical analysis.
Experience creating SOPs and maintaining audit‑ready documentation.
Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, project management tools, and either Python or R; familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
Ability to translate technical insights into clear business recommendations.
Strong project management skills across multiple studies, including risk and vendor management.
Willingness to travel up to 30%, within the EU for workshops and possible additional travel in the EU.
