A leading logistics company in Northampton is seeking a Procurement Director to provide strategic leadership in procurement finance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will drive performance improvements and governance, integrate ESG principles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. We are currently seeking a forward thinking and driven leader as a Procurement Director based in our Lancaster House in Northampton, with travel. In role, you will provide strategic direction and be responsible for driving procurement performance and operational excellence. Reporting directly into Vice President - Procurement, you'll partner with procurement, finance, and category leadership teams, to ensure robust controls, process excellence, digital/automation transformation and business alignment.

This is a full time, permanent position. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. We're looking to offer a salary of up to GBP120,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
