A healthcare recruitment consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking dedicated professionals to support residents in multi-bedded hospitals. Your responsibilities will include monitoring wellbeing, recording progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience, be PMVA trained, and possess a valid Enhanced DBS. This role offers weekly pay, pension options, and holiday pay, with flexible shift schedules available.

- Support residents' wellbeing on a daily basis.
- Monitor and record progress according to care plans.
- Work with healthcare professionals and families.
- Provide one-to-one support for residents.
