Qualifications

  • Willing to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends.
  • Experience or training in supporting individuals with mental health issues.
  • Desire to work with vulnerable adults and achieve high safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individual support plans and engage in activities.
  • Communicate effectively with service users and families.
  • Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and social events.
  • Document notes and records as needed.
  • Collaborate with a team to provide high-quality care.

Education
