- Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!

- Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.

- Team management experience in a logistics setting (essential)
- Experience with HR responsibilities such as absence management, 121s, investigations (essential)
- Experience working in an automated environment and managing a team using MHE (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and able to inspire and engage your team (essential)
