Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday Day Shift
Location: Skelmersdale - WN8 8DY

We're now looking for an MHE Trainer to deliver high quality training and assessments, ensuring all colleagues are competent, compliant and confident in safe operation.

✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Identify, co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements within the Operation
  • To conduct/co-ordinate training for all colleagues on all operational processes, including SSOW, MHE (Reach, Counterbalance, LLOP, PPT)
  • Monitor and review the training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback
  • To provide appropriate reports and training plans alongside ideas for improvements
✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Ideally will have MHE experience or training experience within a warehouse environment
  • RTITB Accredited Fork Lift Training desired
  • Strong safety mindset - safety or training experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver both positive and constructive feedback effectively and empathetically
  • IT literate - use of Microsoft Office and internal systems to update training records
