An innovative cybersecurity scale-up is seeking a Global Head of Platforms (DevOps) to lead and grow their Platform Engineering organization. This fully remote role involves building resilient and scalable platforms for Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing distributed teams, scaling platforms, and working within early-stage startups. Strong backgrounds in cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure, along with expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform, are essential for success in this position.

£100,000 base salary plus equity and benefits. Fully remote from the UK with a genuinely global remit across the US, UK and APAC.
I am partnering with an international (New York, Singapore) well-funded, analyst-recognised cyber security scale-up (nearly $30m raised) that helps large enterprises and critical infrastructure providers understand how they could be hacked in real time. Their platform blends threat intelligence, real attacker telemetry and automated red teaming to give security teams time to respond before attackers succeed.
