A leading confectionery company in Sherburn-in-Elmet is seeking an individual to manage stock flow within the factory and warehouse. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the flow of stock within the factory and warehouse.
- Manage control ordering stock and report incorrect stock.
- Support Health, Safety & Environmental responsibilities.
- Adhere to food safety, GMP, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Responsible for the flow of stock within the factory and warehouse and the accurate delivery of materials to the Production and Packing departments.
- To manage the control ordering stock and materials and reporting incorrect stock.
- To support the business with their Health, Safety & Environmental responsibilities by reporting hazard spots and near misses.
- Adhere to food safety, GMP, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Ability to make confident decisions in a fast paced, challenging environment.
- Experience of working in Logistics.
- FMCG experience.

Humdinger's Sherburn-in-Elmet site is a fast-growing confectionery facility producing over 5,000 tonnes of chocolate and snacking products annually. With advanced technologies including belt coating, button manufacture, drop rolling, and hard panning, the site supports a diverse customer base across retail, third-party, and B2B channels. The site offers a dynamic environment where technical leadership plays a pivotal role in driving quality, compliance, and innovation.

- Week 1: 3 day shifts, by 2 days off.
- Week 2: 3 night shifts, followed by 5 days off.
- Week 3: 2 day shifts + 2 night shifts, followed by 5 days off, then repeat.
