This is a remote-first company, there is no engineering office. They occasionally get together as a full team, and team members use co-working spaces when it’s helpful for collaboration.

There is flexibility around working weeks; some staff work four 8-hour days each week, and some don’t work traditional 9-5 hours to better suit family life.

• Working in a consulting environment affords you the opportunity to work on a project basis, partnering with customers to understand their problem and their data.
• You will write production-quality code to solve real-world problems as well as having the opportunity to contribute across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and design.
• You will experiment with the latest advances in AI to find creative new approaches and receive mentorship from senior engineers with experience at global scale companies.

• Some industry experience as a developer
• Proficient in at least one programming language, e.g. Python, Java
• Computer Science degree or related qualification
• An interest in AI/ML
