Responsibilities
- Providing deskside, hardware, and software support across Windows 10/11, O365, and Active Directory.
- Monitoring and maintaining Windows servers, patching, and resolving alerts.
- Troubleshooting user, network, and application issues.
- Supporting AV, networking, and infrastructure hardware.
Skills
IT Support Engineer – Location: Oxford (site-based) – Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits. We\'re working with a long-standing Oxfordshire-based technology company that\'s looking for IT Support Engineers.
