Chelsea FC is looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Sporting Leadership Team at the training ground—an environment where excellence, pace and ambition drive everything we do.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go‑to person who keeps things moving. You’ll bring sharp judgment, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the organisational finesse to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. From coordinating complex schedules to managing confidential matters with absolute discretion, you’ll ensure our leaders can focus on what they do best.
While we offer flexibility in how you work, supporting a fast‑paced, elite sporting environment means there will be moments when out‑of‑hours responsiveness is needed. In return, you’ll be part of a tight‑knit, high‑performance team where your contribution truly matters.

If you need reasonable adjustments made to the recruitment process, please reach out to your recruiter, who will be able to advise and support you.
