McBride Sport are delighted to be supporting Kent Cricket in the search for a new Chief Executive.

Kent Cricket is one of only 18 professional county cricket clubs in England and Wales. Based at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence in Canterbury, with a satellite ground at The County Ground, Beckenham, Kent Cricket oversees the growth and development of all cricket activities across Kent, including the four London Boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, and Lewisham. Their responsibilities range from community and schools’ cricket to professional levels.

Founded in 1870, Kent has a storied history, having won every domestic cricket title and hosting legendary cricketers such as Colin Cowdrey, Derek Underwood, Alan Knott, Steve Waugh, Aravinda de Silva, Muttiah Muralitharan, Rahul Dravid, Lydia Greenway, Tammy Beaumont, as well as notable figures like Rob Key, the former club captain and current MD of the England and Wales Cricket Board, and Charlotte Edwards, the new England Women’s Head Coach.

With a rich heritage, a thriving recreational cricket scene, and a unique estate, Kent Cricket offers a platform to create the next historic chapter.
