This is a Full Time position, 40 hours per week, with an on-site working pattern in our dedicated tranquil treatment space at Aesop Northcote Road. The successful candidate will have full flexibility in availability and location.

Required Experience

• Experience in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio or day spa

• NVQ level 2, 3 in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC – OND or HND, VTCT, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification

• Experience and confidence in achieving retail targets

• An ability to present ideas and facts in a convincing manner

• Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation of how our exact protocols serve to deliver a unique Aesop experience

• Ability to create and maintain relationships to encourage repeat clients
