The role is basedacross both spas, which area short walk from each otheralong the stunning Cornish coastline. Each has its own rhythm and atmosphere, giving you variety, inspiration, and the chance to work in two truly unique wellness environments.

We useAyurveda as a lensto understand our guests and guide our work. If you’re new to it, don’t worry — we’ll teach you. And if you already love Ayurveda, you’ll feel right at home. It’s how we understand people, energy, and the world around us.Who We’re Looking For

• A thoughtful communicator and attentive listener
• Someone curious, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable adapting to each guest
• A practitioner who values continuous learning and growth
• A holistic thinker aligned with our values of sustainability and collaboration

We welcome practitioners with:

• A qualification in massage, holistic therapy, or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Experience or interest in traditional wellness practices (Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, etc.)
• Optional but welcome: yoga, breath work, or movement-based training
• If you’re currently working in a more routine-led spa and feel ready to grow into a therapist who can design and deliver personalised treatments, we’d love to support that journey.
