A health services organization in the United Kingdom is seeking professionals in midwifery, nursing, or physiotherapy to provide individualized perinatal pelvic health support. The role involves collaboration with specialists to achieve performance targets and support initiatives that promote equity in health. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and a passion for improving health outcomes for families.
Are you a midwife, nurse or physiotherapist with an interest in perinatal pelvic health? As part of the NHS Long Term Plan, all expectant women and birthing people and their partners should have access to Perinatal Pelvic Health clinics and pathways. All women and birthing people should be supported during pregnancy, childbirth and at least one year following birth.
This role will work with the Perineal Specialist Midwife and the PPHS Physiotherapist to achieve all key performance indicators set out by NHS England by providing individualised support to women and families in a flexible and innovative way.
