Responsabilidades

• Provide expert legal counsel to senior leadership and key stakeholders on legal matters.
• Oversee all commercial contract negotiations.

• Work with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to assess legal risks.
• Manage legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop company-wide policies on legal and compliance matters.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and industry trends.
• Support employment law matters and internal investigations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key business agreements.
