Responsibilities

• Advising on inheritance tax and capital tax planning strategies.
• Managing a portfolio of clients with Lasting Powers of Attorney (both financial and health-related)
• Staying up to date with legal, tax, and compliance developments in private client law
• Providing empathetic, high-quality client service and building strong professional networks

New opportunity to join a highly reputable and well established firm with a strong presence in the Somerset market who are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing Wills, Trusts & Tax team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a stimulating caseload involving estate planning, trusts, tax, and powers of attorney.

You'll deliver tailored legal solutions to individuals and families, with responsibilities including:

• Drafting and advising on Wills, including complex estate planning
• Creating and managing lifetime trusts, including overseeing annual tax returns
• Administering estates and trusts with precision and care
• Advising on inheritance tax and capital tax planning strategies
