A local authority legal team is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to support their operations. This role can predominantly be performed remotely but requires occasional attendance at the office. Responsibilities include handling sales, advising on Landlord and Tenant issues, and managing leases. The ideal candidate has significant experience in the public sector and project work, earning between £55-60/hr (umbrella).

About the Role:
