BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Real Estate Development Solicitor to join its team in Birmingham. This opportunity is offered on a full-time permanent basis with flexible and hybrid working as standard. Competitive salary and benefits on offer.

The Role

As a Real Estate Development Solicitor in this highly regarded team, you will:
· Handle a broad range of high-value site acquisition and development work.
· Work closely with key partners on complex development transactions including conditional contracts, option agreements, development agreements, and infrastructure arrangements.
· Act for a national client base including registered providers, housebuilders, care operators, and private developers.
· Have the opportunity to support major regeneration, joint venture, and mixed-use development projects.

About You

To be successful in your application for this Real Estate Development Solicitor vacancy, you will have:
· 3-5 years' PQE with solid experience in real estate development work.
· A strong track record of advising on site acquisition, title issues, and property development matters.
