Job description

Ideal candidates should have experience advising insolvency practitioners and financial institutions, with additional experience advising stakeholders such as litigation funders, private equity funds, debt funds, and company directors. Specific experience in pursuing and defending insolvency-related claims, antecedent transaction claims, cross-border disputes, and asset recovery processes is highly desirable.

Our Team

Our highly rated National Restructuring team, part of the Finance and Restructuring group, advises financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, company directors, litigation funders, private equity, debt funds, shareholders, and other stakeholders on recovery and turnaround strategies. We serve major insolvency firms, leading banks, and lenders, including those funding distressed situations and litigation.

We handle complex, high-value restructurings early in the financial decline, aiming to improve stakeholder returns and often avoid insolvency. Our reputation extends to complex cross-border insolvency litigation, having been involved in high-profile cases recently.
