A prestigious British luxury eyewear brand is seeking a software developer to enhance their sales department's capabilities. The successful candidate will need a 3rd level qualification with a major in Software Development and possess skills in AJAX, WebAPI, jQuery, and NoSQL technologies. The right candidate will communicate effectively, enjoy learning, and be able to think creatively as well as analytically.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with NoSQL storage and processing.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical people.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.

- 3rd level qualification with major discipline in Software Development
- client AJAX/Web API

- NoSQL storage & processing (eg: DynamoDB, MongoDB, DocumentDB, CouchDB, etc) : 3 years+
- T-SQL (or other RDBMS)
- SVN/GIT
- Agile Methodologies
- Understanding of UI and UX design principles (what works, what doesn’t work, and why)
- Native or bilingual proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to effectively communicate and explain technical issues with non-technical people
- Interested in, and enjoys the challenges of, learning new things
- Ability to interpret impromptu business requirements and work with minimal specifications
- Capable of creative, non-linear and also analytical thinking
- Ability to appreciate and understand the perspective of others
