Senior Marketing Executive – Telford – Permanent – £35,000 - £40,000 Depending on Experience + Company Bonus. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

This newly created role offers the chance to shape the marketing function, drive lead generation, and influence strategic direction. Some travel is expected to visit live projects, meet clients, and gather real-world feedback to tailor messaging going forward.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Own and evolve the company’s website and digital presence
- Drive SEO performance and implement inbound campaigns
- Create engaging social media content and track performance metrics
- Content & PR
- Lead content creation across blogs, case studies, and PR
- Collaborate with industry publishers and support video content development
- Events & Engagement
- Plan and attend tradeshows, exhibitions, and customer events
- Conduct site visits and interviews to generate authentic marketing content
- Strategic Marketing
- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing with business goals
- Support product launches and produce marketing reports to demonstrate ROI
- Use market insights to inform and adapt the marketing strategy
- Client Interaction
- Attend site visits to see live projects and meet with clients to discuss goals
- Use feedback to tailor messaging, terminology, and content
- These meetings are to show genuine interest in clients and understand what truly works in practice
- Proven B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation
- Flexibility to attend events and exhibitions across the UK, with occasional overseas travel including overnight stays
- Strong SEO and copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset with creative flair
- Confident communicator and campaign planner
- Experience with HubSpot, AHREFs, ClickUp, Google Analytics/Search Console, and Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for regular client site visits
