As a Product Development Team Lead, your role will focus on managing the Product Development Team, lead the full-cycle product development, managing projects from initial concept to delivery and review provided data.

- Provide technical support to the wider engineering team
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience working within a Product Development or Engineering Support position
- Proven experience in managing projects from initial concept to delivery
- Experienced in working with CAD software
- Previous experience using an ERP system would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Must be a team player
