Product Development Team Lead

Monday to Friday - Days

Up to £60,000 - Dependant on experience

My client is a well-established company that designs, manufactures and supplies a range of bespoke products. As a Product Development Team Lead, your role will focus on managing the Product Development Team, lead the full-cycle product development, managing projects from initial concept to delivery and review provided data.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage the Product Development Team
• Lead full-cycle product development
• Managing projects from initial concept to delivery
• Review performance, usage and market data
• Provide technical support to the wider engineering team

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience working within a Product Development or Engineering Support position
• Proven experience in managing projects from initial concept to delivery
• Experienced in working with CAD software
• Previous experience using an ERP system would be advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Must be a team player
