We seek a dedicated Site Services Team Leader to oversee the operation and maintenance of our site services in Wisbech, UK.

Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you will manage the services team responsible for energy, utilities, and site maintenance. Your role includes monitoring energy usage, implementing best practices in energy generation and waste disposal, and supporting operational efficiency aligned with strategic objectives.

1. Safety, Quality, Hygiene: Ensure compliance with safety procedures, conduct incident investigations, and maintain GMP standards.
2. Operations Management: Oversee maintenance and operation of utility equipment, collaborate with suppliers and contractors, and plan maintenance activities to minimize production disruption.
3. Site Services and Energy Management: Manage site utilities, ensure statutory compliance, improve environmental performance, and reduce utility consumption following group targets.

• HNC or equivalent in engineering with proven success in managing change.
• Experience in utilities and compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
• Knowledge of SSOW, team management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills and practical understanding of factory services.
