A leading provider of Asbestos Removal services in the UK is seeking an experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor. You will manage and oversee licensed and non-licensed projects across various sectors, including Commercial and Public. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Asbestos Removal, excellent knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines, and be able to produce comprehensive reports. This role requires strong people management skills and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience working in Asbestos Removal.
• Holding the ARCA Supervisor ticket is beneficial.
• Excellent technical knowledge of removals procedures.
• Personable and professional with colleagues and clients.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
• Excellent IT skills to produce comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing licensed and non-licensed removal projects.
• Working closely with clients to confirm work to be carried out.
• Assigning operatives to sites as needed.
• Organising PPE and equipment for safety.
• Producing site-specific RAMS and amending as required.
• Liaising with Contract Managers for smooth project running.
• Carrying out training for operatives.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Providing technical support and advice to clients.
