Customer Team Member
Location: The Co-operative Food, Northgate, Louth, LN11 0LT
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week; regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings 10pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co‑op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

• Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
• Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
• Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
