A leading company in health and social care is looking for passionate support workers to assist adults with various health conditions. This role involves providing personal care, promoting well-being, and engaging individuals in community activities. Successful candidates will have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently, with shifts primarily on weekends.

- A valid manual UK driving license is required.
- Must be able to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or health conditions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting adults with Dementia, Epilepsy, Diabetes, and Learning Disabilities
- Providing 1-1 and sometimes 2-1 support
- Promoting positive well-being
- Engaging with individuals' interests and preferences
- Maintaining and developing community links and supporting independent living and life skills through community and leisure activities
- Providing personal care
- Females only due to service requirements
Who you are:
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing others at all levels
- Capable of executing tasks and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Quick learner, hands-on, flexible in tasks and activities
- Shifts mainly on weekends, with potential shifts during the week
- Hold a valid manual UK driving license
