What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting adults with Dementia, Epilepsy, Diabetes, and Learning Disabilities
  • Providing 1-1 and sometimes 2-1 support
  • Promoting positive well-being
  • Engaging with individuals' interests and preferences
  • Maintaining and developing community links and supporting independent living and life skills through community and leisure activities
  • Providing personal care
  • Females only due to service requirements

Who you are:

  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing others at all levels
  • Capable of executing tasks and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
  • Quick learner, hands-on, flexible in tasks and activities
  • Shifts mainly on weekends, with potential shifts during the week
  • Hold a valid manual UK driving license
