• Perform repairs, maintenance, and construction of injection moulding tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Document all work carried out, including repairs, modifications, and inspections, while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with various departments, including design and injection moulding, to optimise processes and reduce downtime.
• Monitor and analyse tool performance, identifying and eliminating faults to improve availability and efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance and servicing concepts to enhance the lifespan of tools and components.
• Support the training and supervision of apprentices and trainees, fostering a culture of learning and development.

• Proven experience in toolmaking, particularly in the repair and maintenance of injection moulds.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret plans, drawings, and instructions.
