Job summary
A leading aviation recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Representative. This role focuses on managing customer relationships and ensuring compliance to drive value for the business. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, be well-organized, and have a good understanding of the aviation industry. This position is permanent and based in Southend-on-Sea, with a Monday-Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Work towards departmental sales targets alongside the Sr. Commercial Officer.
- Build and nurture customer relationships.
- Manage potential customer complaints and report on issues.
- Relay technical information between workshop engineers and customers.
- Gather information on pricing and performance to improve business.
- Assist with contract queries, invoicing issues, and credit control.
