We’re a warm, family-style residential care home in beautiful Birchington, overlooking the sea. Our lovely home supports up to 33 residents, including those living with dementia or receiving palliative care. Rated GOOD by the CQC, we pride ourselves on our friendly team, homely atmosphere, and the genuine care we give to every resident.

About the Role

We’re looking for a kind, confident, and experienced Senior Carer / Team Leader to join our day shift team. You’ll help lead and support our carers, making sure every resident receives person-centred care and enjoys their day in a safe, happy environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting and guiding the day care team
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Providing personal and emotional care with kindness and respect
  • Keeping an eye on residents’ wellbeing throughout the day
  • Keeping clear, up-to-date records and good communication with your team
