Job description

Overview

We are looking for a scrum master to enable the delivery of offerings portfolio. Facilitating the delivery of the portfolio. Scheduling, running, documenting the Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives etc. Creating "Definition of Done" and measuring deliveries against this. Backlog management, prioritisation. Measuring agile metrics such as Velocity, burn‑down, cycle time, predictability.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience as a scrum master – ideally in a product management context.
• Scrum framework expertise.
• Scrum Ceremonies Facilitation: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Backlog Management Support: Working closely with Product Owner to refine and prioritize backlog.
• Creation and management of Definition of Done & Acceptance Criteria: Ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
• Coaching & Team Enablement.
• Agile Mindset coaching.
• Conflict resolution and management and removal of blockers.
• Continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimisation.
• Servant Leadership, empowering teams rather than directing them.
• Governance and delivery alignment.

Security Clearance
