Join us as our Scrum Master and be at the core of our operations, bringing experience and a proactive attitude to improve business processes. You will lead as a guiding force for your team and facilitate the Scrum process to enhance tech efficiency.

1. Inspire agile practices
2. Manage all Scrum events, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective
3. Promote Scrum and Agile practices across the organization
4. Embrace the agile mindset, focusing on iterations, product development, and customer value
5. Manage a team of changemakers
6. Align IT and Stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
7. Guide and support your Scrum team, fostering respect and continuous improvement
8. Stay updated with market trends and technologies, driving innovation
9. Coordinate new technologies and communicate benefits clearly

This role is based at our Leicestershire Head Office in a fast-paced, supportive environment committed to delivering excellence.

You will demonstrate a deep understanding of Scrum principles, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach. You should be a natural communicator, analytical thinker, and eager to make an impact at every stage.
