Job summary

A global insurance firm is seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join their transformation team. This role will support significant technology initiatives and promote agile principles. Key responsibilities include coaching the Scrum Team, facilitating agile ceremonies, and collaborating with senior leaders. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and insurance knowledge. This position is primarily on-site in the Kent Office for two days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Experience in agile transformation and hybrid project delivery models.
• Strong ability to coach teams in agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coach the Scrum Team and remove any obstacles faced.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote team efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for project alignment and planning.
• Integrate agile practices into project management frameworks.
• Monitor project KPIs and manage risk strategies.
• Foster teamwork and accountability across teams.
