This school in Enfield is seeking a passionate and committed Geography Teacher to join a vibrant Humanities faculty. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young minds and promote a deep understanding of geographical issues, both local and global. The successful candidate will teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, contributing to the delivery of a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum. Beginning September 2025.

1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that foster curiosity and a love for Geography.
2. Teach across the full age and ability range, adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
3. Assess, track, and report on student progress, using data to inform teaching and intervention.
4. Support students in preparing for internal assessments and external exams (e.g., GCSE, A-Level).
5. Contribute to the development of Geography resources and schemes of work.
6. Promote fieldwork and practical learning experiences, both locally and beyond.
7. Participate in departmental meetings, whole-school training, and CPD opportunities.
8. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
9. Uphold the school’s behaviour, safeguarding, and inclusion policies.

1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Have a degree in Geography or a closely related field.
3. Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
4. Be an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner with a commitment to continuous improvement.
5. Possess strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as a Geography Teacher.
6. Be dedicated to supporting all students in achieving their full potential.
