Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

Salary: Grade 4 SCP: 7-11 (£9,207-£9,813)

30 hrs per week (Term time only)

Temporary contract (As soon as possible - 31/03/27)

This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and motivated individual to join our successful Early Years Team. This role is to support the learning and development of our Nursery aged pupils with special educational needs. The successful applicant will work within our Nursery team to aid pupils in accessing the EYFS curriculum and supporting their wider development.

Lower Farm is a nurturing and continually improving school with a pupil centred focus.

It is essential that you have a secure knowledge of child development and good Maths and English skills. Experience of working with pupils in this age group is also essential. Training in Forest Schools and/or Attachment would be advantageous.

The school is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils and expect all staff to share this commitment. The appointment will depend on a successful enhanced DBS clearance, two suitable references and an online search.
