Aspire People are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in Shrewsbury to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a long-term supply position.

This role will involve full classroom responsibility, including planning, marking and assessments, and is ideal for a confident Key Stage 2 teacher looking for consistency within one school.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience preferred)
  • Be confident in delivering engaging, creative lessons
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
  • Be reliable, committed and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum
