We're now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.

• Assisting the Warehouse Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse operation (based on‑site at the prison)
• Line management of the Warehouse Team Leaders and overall supervision of the prisoners whilst they are at work
• Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety as well as prison rules and regulations
• Staff training and inductions
• Meeting and exceeding operational targets

• Can provide three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance)
• Are comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates
• Have previous experience leading, managing or supervising a team
• Are IT literate to enable accurate and timely reporting
• Have a can‑do attitude, right first time and passionate approach
