About You

Kayana is transforming how hospitality and retail businesses operate through next-generation self-service kiosks, payment technology, and intelligent order management tools.

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth with national brands, multi-site operators, and global groups. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and represent Kayana as a trusted partner in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline across hospitality, retail, leisure, and venue groups.
  • Lead strategic conversations and solution presentations with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop account strategies to expand revenue within existing partners and win new logos.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success.
  • Represent Kayana at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings, acting as an ambassador for our brand and solutions.
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to leadership on a regular basis.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, selling SaaS, POS, payment solutions, or hardware into multi-site / enterprise customers.
  • Experience managing longer, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and approval layers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored commercial solutions.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging at C-suite level.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and able to operate autonomously in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
  • Resilient, target-oriented, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
