Sous chef | full time

The role:

As a sous chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, capable of leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to uphold high standards
• Has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food, health, and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
